AHL Disconnection Message (over IP)?

Hello,

I would like to know if before disconnect IP link between PMS and AHL, it's necessary to send a STOP message (and what is its format if necessary)?

It is not indicated in the expert documentation. Problem is that after disconnect, PABX continues to send messages and buffering.

Thanks for your answer.

Hi!

An application connected through AHLTCP is not supposed to disconnect from the AHL-link unless you do this for maintenance. There is no STOP message. The buffering is normal because the link is supposed to get back in service and the PMS system will then get the tickets from the buffer.

Tickets are not a problem, we do not collect them.

The real problem is the OXE does not send REPLY messages after certain DHM operations.

But if we disconnect, and reconnect 3~5 minutes later, REPLY commands arrives,
are these REPLY messages buffered too, why after this delay?

Okey, my misstake. By "tickets" I meant messages.
What is your scenario, what are your purpose using the AHL-link? Please explain what you mean with DHM operations.
