Hi All

Is it normal when we select "Answer with IM" from MIC client and the caller is also transferred to the Voicemail?

Please advise if I'm missing something in the config.

Got a reply from Alcatel-Lucent that this is normal operation. It seems logic as well, the caller can reject the Instant Message and drop a voice message instead.
