hi all, i need help with our OMNIPCX Office 1G(M)
Due to the company that Installed it for us no longer Existing, we have had to Fix Problems ourselves, I have been able to Correct Most issues, however i cannot get night restricted mode to go straight to general mailbox.
the phone rings out and never gets answered by general mailbox.

all i need to know is where to look, or how to set how many rings before it picksup

i have set autoattendant to single function General mailbox, how ever i checked our software key details and its says we have autoattendant DISABLED

however before the system crashed and i had to recover it, the general mailbox would pickup after 3 rings.

i have looked in openening hours settings, and it appears you can select there whether to att.div. or not, and att.div settings above i can select what to do, is this were i set the diversion to general mailbox ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You can add the voicemail-ports directly into atendent-group 8. In the restricted numbering plan you point the DDI as an attendent call.
Make sure that the default group is 8 in time-ranges.

An other way is to point the DDI towards an analoge og virtual user. Then dynamic routing towards the voicemail hunt-group. AND set "MU as auto attendent" flags.

thanks, i already have the default attendant group 8
I have user 100(reception/masterphone), and users 122-128 which are voice mail ports

only thing i have not checked yet is the Restricted numbering plan,
You wil have to excuse my ignorance on ABBREVIATIONS, DDI stands for ?

ok i have looked in dialing entries,
we have public dial entries, with our number range and fax details to other ports.
in restriced incoming, we have our main number going to attendant call to 9
however our indial numbers of XXX500-XXX599 goes to 100 ( this is reception) should all direct dial numbers also goto 9
and we have hunt group 8 set to all voice mail boxes and 100, so we can still pickup the call before it goes to voice mail, however, it still does not goto voice mail.

is DDI = direct Dial In-comming
because at the moment only our primary number47XXX200 goes to 9 where as direct indial goes to 100 which is recption, i think the problem may be here

Hello

Try to set the AA CLOSE tab to set the default function of general mailbox
