No audio on files of recording system

Hi, we have an OXE rls 9.1 connected to a call recording solution with a PCM board programmed as a IVRZ30, the 2 equipments have communication, but there is no audio on the files of the call recording solution. (The recording solution is an aurolog from auronix rls 5)

This customer had OXE Rls. 8.0.1 and was working fine, with an M2 ACT14 the PCM board was on shelf 0 slot 10, they upgraded the system to Rls 9.1 with redundancy, so the standby CPU goes to slot 10. So we had to move the PCM board to shelf 2 board 2 (new ACT with INTOF2)

No incidents are coming from the OXE

Does anyone know what´s going on?

have you got Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX record solution ? or another different recording solution?
