4059 application no connection to pbx

Hallo having problem with 4059 Attendant. When I start the Application there is no connection with the PBX. The keyboard works without Software. Is there a possiblity to restart this process. I can't reboot the system because of too much traffic

have you set the primary access to the correct com port?

Is there a good connection to the UA port from the PAC interface?

What version 4059 software have you installed?

Can you see the PAC unit using /he_dow_tuner/tools?

Have you flashed the PAC interface with he_dow_tuner?

It works til yesterday evening. I installed the newest Version 4.16.7
the he_dow_tuner shows the Verson 2.1 and 3.8

Combine racroche
Alimentation secteur absente
So I think I will reboot the system in a few hours

After a reboot of the call server it works.
