Hello everybody.
I use Alcatel OXO, OS version is R710 030.001 (recently upgraded) Here is my problem.

Subscriber A calls to subscriber B (device 4039). They chat some time, and then subscriber C calls to B. After that B can't hear A (like speaker is off), but A stills continue hear B. The line is NOT disconnect. In this situation B can:
- select line with C and chat, but line with A cannot be selected.
- disconnect line with C and select line with A and continue chat.
In other words, subscriber A can't be "hold on", and hear B. And B does NOT hear A.

I solved this problem when switch on "Camp On Protection" on subscriber B. I have more 100 susbscribers (Z set, DECT, 4029 all have this problem), and can't "camping on" all of them manually.

When I've used OS version 4, this problem did not exist.

Any advice, suggestions?

It is strange your problem. I have some R710 030.001 but I didn't have this problem. What kind of resouce key do you have at B set? It seems like a problem with resource keys.

Very strange. I had a problem seemed with this, but it was at the external lines ( analog lines with polarity reversal and PCM R2 ). I've needed to open a SR with ALU. They've solved the problem at the release R7.10_054.001. The official release is R7.10_066.001, try to install it. If the problems remains, open a SR with ALU.
