OXO - Central Service SDK - Connection with 3rd party application

Does anybody know is it possible to get SDK for Central Service.
Puh, thats a good question.
Normaly you couldn´t creat a own PimPhony based on the OXO internal Central Services. Alcatel only deliver the CSTA.
So you have to analyse the PimPhony and maybe you can get some Informations out there.
But a SDK for CS? No, I think not!
