Wrong Type Noe Set

why incident as shown above (WRONG TYPE OF SET)is always shown on OXE real time incident logs?, I had checked incident number 0385 and it says "verify the type of the set declared by mgr";
here my configuration of set 1009
Set type: IP touch 4068
ACD + Agent
this incident logs happen to all agent logon ID's not particular to 1009

What type of set is the ACD authorized phone set?

4068 actually is an ip desktop softphone.
The phone works? (The parameter IP-Softphone Emulation is set?)

Phone works and IP-Softphone Emulation is also set : TRUE

Hi everyone,
I've had this same problem this days, with this incidents in common.
All this extensions are Softphone, they are created like 4068 and has the emulation in YES-
=4:0389=Sig. on IP set: set demand a reset 1e:b1:25:2a:e5:58,4968
=4:0385=Init of IP set: Wrong type of NOE set 1e:b1:25:2a:e5:58,4968
=3:0386=Sig. on IP set: No response from de set 00:80:9f:ba:11:39,4741
=4:0426=IPTOUCH terminal reset 13,00:80:9f:ba:11:39,4741
They are ProACD and Agents, and actually the user has to do a re-register of the phone after that.
It happens with much more extensions.
Has somebody find any solution to this resets?
