Trying to change an user password I got this error:

From where are you trying to change password? Which password? Telephone password? User password? TUI password?

Sorry for the late answer to your question, I was on travel and get lost with this issue, and now I´m taking back again.

When I try to change the user password I did it thougt the explorer: webadmin/adminserver IP:8080

As I say before, Im trying to change the user password and the system give me that error.

IP 8080? What version of OTUC are you running?
Are all services up?
With tsa_maintenance, which is the status of the connection with OXE? (300 command)

Hi CAV, The ip address is not 8080, 8080 is the port.

The version is 3.113.24.0

CAV I have not expeirence with OTUC, the person who was in charge in the company is not working any more so I trying to solve this issue.

first of all do the tsa_maintenance command and check whether the OXE connection is ok and let us know the status. do you know how to do this command right ? or else I have separate guide which I can share with you.
