Pre off-hook guide for Attendant

Dear all,
I have a question about Intergrated Auto attendant.
- My system using IAA
- 01 Attendant 4035
- now my customer want to have an announcement to external caller when Attendant is aswering another caller (it mean attendant is busy).

I used pre off-hook guide for attendant but it not work.
Anyone has experience with IAA pls help me.
