Dear all,

I was loading software on CPU 4.When I connect the PC with the system & starts downloading It immediatly shows the message Missing file/boot/config/.rc.
Then i tried it with another LAPTOP but of no use.Same message appeared.
I tried everything, put software in the Root Directory, tried with cross over cable, checked registry edit settings, disabled the anti-virus,disabled firewall settings.
But when my senior tried to do the same ,he succeeded. He said there is some problem with the PC.

With thanks & Regards,

Usually this is a sharing problem. Manually share the folder used for downloadingitems.

you have to make the file of downloading items shared...also try to upload the release over a switch...some times stucks when is cross cabled. also is helpful to have the default gateway the ip of the pbx.

cheers!

Besides tot3nkopf says, I used to place the software to be downloaded just under C://(release). and also disable the firewall and the antivirus. Them, everything works fine.

You have to share your download folder or add Lola as an administrator to your pc.
