CCA Application used as a Power Dialler

HI ALL,
I have been giving the task of resolving an issue with regards to CCA Application that agents are using this as a Power Dialler. Basically this information is on the agents PC screen and used for dialling long numbers to the UK, i believe.... Has anyone ever set this up or have a block diagram or something explaining how this works?
