Hi
I am having problems deleting a user. I have set it to be '255' try to force delete and I get the error.
OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: Set not idle: try later
Is there a way to remove this from the database as I do not want to restore to a previous backup as I will loose a number of changes.
Thanks
Mike

Many thanks for responding
I have rebooted the system but the set remains in the 'not idle state'
I can no longer put it back onto the original port or any other port so have ended up creating a new set and forwarding all calls from the original to the new.
As the force delete does not work is there a way to remove the user from the database.

Re: Delete - Set not Idle try later
Hi,
I am new on this form, can somebody help me please?
I am trying to delete a user in Omnivista (Alcatel) but it always says Set not Idle try later.
Already did: checked if there is any forwarding set , nope
Did reboot of set twice still the same issue unable to delete this.
Any help please?
