is it possible that the tranfarred call will be charged to the original calling number? Suppose An extension "A" make a call which is long distance call and during the conversation "A" transfer the call to another number extension "B". Now the new ticket will be generated for "B". But is it possible that always "A" will be charged even after tranferring the call to "B".?

What Call Logging or Call accounting application are you using? Is it 4760 or 3rd party?

I am using a 3rd party application for billing. I take only call informations or the ticket information using 4760 and send these information as a text file to the 3rd party application to calculate the ammount the money for the charged extension by duration.

When user A make outgoing call and after make a transfer. System will generate 3 tickets:
1) Charged number A, called number=dialled number, duration from start to end of transfer, call type=PublicOutgoing call;
2) Charged number A, call type=LocalLocal, duration from user B answer to end of transfer (if OPS allow local call registration);
3) Charged number B, called number=dialed number, duration from end of transfer till real end, but in this ticket you will have calling number=user A and internal facilities=transfer.

1. For what reason - after transfer really user B have conversation.
2. If you need this - create report with filter transfer=yes and calling number=user A.
In another words - allocate for user A tickets where charged user=A and where calling user=A and transfer=yes.
