Problem Seizing ISDN T1 Trunk Group

I am not able to dial out to the public network. I dial "9" and then the external number. When I dial "9" I get dial tone and then when I key in the net number I get a error message. I have checked the numbering paln and ARS but it looks OK to me. Any ideas?

Hi dcwilliams
Who sends the message? OXO? Carrier? Are you receiving error tone? You can have a problem with call barring. Is the board as T1 at hardware and limits --> cabintes?
Best regards.

Hi
Is it a voice guide ( a spoke message )?

No. This is the message on the LCD display of the phone I am dialling from. External calls are coming into the OXO fine. Users are not able to make calls to the public network.

Hi
Ok, it seems a barring problem or the oxo isn't sending the correct A number. Can you send me a database to
enio@uniteltelecom.com?
Best regards

I got it working. For some reason I had to delete the autoamtic routing prefix for the public trunk and put it back in. I guess there must have been some corruption in the database. Thanks for your help.
