Vmail Supervision Lamp

I have a analog ghost z station that is strictly for vmail.... I programmed a vmail supervision key on 4 sets but none of them will light when a message is left... I checked the msg led field on the analog ext what am I missing?

Why a ghost z? Why not a virtual UA?

Thats how it was already programmed? Not sure think it would work better as a virtual?

What do you mean that's how it was programmed? It was a virtual ua and you changed it to ghost z? I always use virtual ua and have no problems.

It was always a Ghost Z but never had vmail supervision.. I added the vmail supervsion so that they would know when messages were left but the lamping is not working

I just deleted the Ghost z and created a virtual UA and the lamping is working....
