Using ICMP as a policy condition

Post by walgett »

Hi, I am trying to use Ip Protocol 1( ICMP) as a policy condition so I can add an 802.1P value of 7, for various reasons I need PIng requests and replies to be high priority, to ensure that are not impacting 1 way traffic flows on 802.1p 0 , while using the ping to make sur ethe ARP tables don't time out.
WebView allows me to configure the condition and use it in a rule, but I get matches on the rule.

Any thoughts?anyone?

thanks
Wayne

You get matches on the rule? I thought that is what you want?

Please post the output of:
-> show qos config
-> show configuration snapshot qos

Thanks,
