I have a problem with my PBX. It releases calls without any reason. My lines are ok. So I want to know what are these events

Posted: 26 Feb 2007 10:27
by cavagnaro
And what does T3 says?
Who is cutting the call, your PBX or the PSTN side?
Is this on regular intervals or randomly?

I had same issue on some calls last week on a CC and the problem was the PSTN that was sending trash and made the call go down. Maybe you may ask your PRI provider about this too.

Regards

I don't have ISDN incidents. There are no alarms. The lines were checked. I don't know what is going on

Just to complete my note we didn't had any ISDN events neither, they had to run a BER for 2 complete days and the problem jumped then.
Many times the provider will say: We? no way, your pbx is the problem.

I will have the lines checked again
