Tapi not showing 'hangup' on 4029 phones

Hi guys,
I have a site running R7.1 OXO using a 3rd party CIT app they built themselves runs there CTI Server driven call center with 50 agents on 4035 handsets fine for the last 3yrs, when we use 4029 phones we don't get a 'hangup' button now? Any ideas?
