Dear all,

Recently I install OXE R9.0(h130142) common hardware with 49 No's IBS & 20 No's dect 300 users.customer complaints that some times when they try to call one dect to another, it shows "no answer from the system" & when it switch off & on it become ok.

If any one face this problem & solved please let me know.

Thanks for the reply,there were no incidents but I've solve the issue,
actualy it was a limitation issue, in common hardware, dect handover is not happening one media gateway to another MG.once I connected all the IBS's in one MG the problem got solved.

Hello,

I have the same problem... (rel.10). it is possible that there are no "handover" between MG?
in OPS files are required to set up antennas in the remote MG...
if a DECT move from area MG1 to area MG2, DECT 300 shows this message: "No answer from the system"
In this situation I restart DECT and it starts with the signal from the MG2 .... does not seem normal???

can be from synchronizations ?

Hi..
It's not a command or config. Dect call can be handed over between IBSs, if all the IBSs connected with the same Media Gateway only(Shelf with GD + two expansion shelves with MEX). Dect can not be handed over between IBSs connected with two different GD shelves.

fortunately we can sole the issue , its refer to 3660 Incident for Intof2 Card.
