voip boards

Recently installed a compact with release 5.1 018 sw with hardr drive, working fine. System expanded to include voip 4 board with relevant licences, board not being recognised when booting up but HD ok. Swapped voip board as well as downloading software as well as LOLA system no joy, any ideas ?

Do you have licencies for VoIP services?

yes 4 voip trunks sw keys, jut tried it on another cpu -3 m and it is recognised. Any reason why is is not being recognised ?

Try to declare it in an offline database (by hand) and then restore this database to your PCX. This trick was very helpful for me on a Rel 3 with a SLI16 board.

Hello,
When you downloaded the SW, via OMC or LoLa, did you select the VoIP item ? Without this item, the VoIP daughter board will not be recognized.
