one way call on hybrid link between two oxe

dear all
i have crystal HW with R 9.0 and common HW with R 9.0
between them i have configured hybrid link over ip with vpn overflow so from crystal to common call is ok but from common to crystal always i got busy inspite of configuration is ok
can you help me please

Send me some captures form configuration on both node, 'cause I think that you miss something on node over Common hard
