Hi, I am quite noob with OXE so please bear with me if some of these question sound silly.

I am trying to connect Elastix to OXE via a SIP trunk.
I managed to get calls made from Elastix to pass via the SIP trunk by setting up the trunk and outbound rules on the Elastix side.
What remains unclear is how I can send incoming calls from OXE to Elastix via the SIP trunk.

Should I setup an exernal gateway?
Also which DiD and Trunk Main No should I use for inbound rules on the Elastix side? Which format? I thought I should use the three digit notation, but it requires at least 4.

Can someone guide me step by step how can i get calls to xxxxxxxx110 OXE go to say xxxxxx543 on the Elastix side?
Thanks in advance.

I think the best idea - to ask this questions on Elastix forum...

I have no problem with Elastix config. That part is straightfoward and works fine. It's the Alcatel trunk/translator part I need help with.

How do I add the tag/DID to the sip header?
It only says To: <sip:110@10.10.1.24;user=phone>

Do you have system documentation for OXE?
In System doc/ IP-PCX networks/ SIP/ SIP trunking - exist description and management examples.

I inherited the system and I do not have the doc.
Can you please guide me to add this information to the sip header? I just need the DDI info to be present in the "To" part so I can do the routing on the other side. Everything else works.

I tried all parameters in the sip external gateway section but nothing.
I am confused about what to do.

Here is the config:

Q931 signal variant - I think better to use "ISDN for all countries"
Used NPD 3, DID 0 with rules 100-100-100

So, according DID 0 rules when user 1XX make call caller ID will be 1XX.

If you what caller id 1234561XX for user 1XX - in DID rules manage 123456100 (external number)-100(corresponded internal number)-100(range size) (123456101=101, ..123456199=199)

I cannot select and change the Q931 signal variant for some reason...
It goes from Private Trunk Group to SS7 signal variant skipping the line in the middle.
Am I doing something wrong?

Edit: Even if I change the DID when I outbound dial to 110 and the call from OXE reaches the other side of the trunk, I cannot see any "Destination Number" DID in the sip header on the other side.
It just says To: <sip:110@10.10.1.24;user=phone>
How can I fix this?
