Omnipcx - general mailbox problem

Hi

We have a problem with our General mailbox (GalMbx)

We use the mailbox only during close office hourse.
When somebody calls us under the primary number, every call gets redirected to the
global mailbox. Then there is supose to be a announcement that you called us outside
our office hourse and that you can leave a message.

The Problem is that the voicemail cuts the recording after the first 4 seconds
and then gives the caller a voice menu where he can listen to his message, delete or record
again.

How can I extend the recording time and deactivate the voice menu at the end?

Does there exist a general documentation for the pbx besides the ones
for the single telephones? The company where we bought the system says
they dont have more or are not willing to provide us with more documentation.
