Alcatel Unleashed

Hi.
I'm currently deploying a call center with genesys, but I have an unusual request, they have a blind agent, and I need a telephone that can have either a large keypad that can be used for call center environment or an add-on to the telephone like a braille keypad. Does anyone knows something in the market that can be used with Alcatel supported call center phones?

You can search for analog phones with braille keypad and use it as a proacd set.
The only console suitable for this is an operator one (I don't think it's working in CC environment).
