problem!repeatin a digit while dialing

hi everybody
in one of my sites when a user dial 1 or any number the pabx repeat this number and the extension dial a wrong number ,in outgoing calls do advice or share your experience please.

I heard it has relation with GD but I am not sure

Maybe it is easier? For example some joker created the speed dial numbers which adds the wrong digits... Unlikely i know but... check it just in case.

R7 type of external line is analog lines, and No speed dialing.

Hi napo,
I think this issue is related to ur GD, remember DTMF, Tones & digits issues are generated by GD hardware problem, we can't identify exactly and there will be no incidents generated related to erros..so u better replace GD and check it out...

Hi napo.
Can u try to change the trunk cos which is used for the trunk lines, instead of using trunk cos 1 DTMF, try with trunk cos 0 decadic style, i don't know this is gonna solve ur issue just a try..

Was correction in release 9 "GD generate wrong double DTMF tones for analog endpoints" (patch 43). In readme from R7 - this problem not found.
