OPS Backup Erros

Any ideas?
Code 6.1
Confirm the backup of OPS files on your cpu disk (y/n, default y): y
WARNING: no valid wb04b03a.hw file
Warning rack 18: OPS, invalid location at line 43
Warning rack 19: unknown OPS shelf type found
ops 2.0.2: operation successful
Updating hardware.mao according to data base ok
ERROR: Found 2 *.swk files in /DHS3data/mao. 1 is expected. Operation canceled
Creating ops.lis

delete the old .swk file in /usr4/BACKUP/OPS

there is nothing in there...

ops.lis

it's in /DHS3data/mao

I think you have two *.swk files in /usr3/mao, one wb04b03a.swk, another WB04B03A.swk

In this issue the one filename is in lowercase and the other in uppercase.
Which one should be deleted ??????

normally the file has same filename in .hw and .zip of OPS files. you can check that filename. usually is in lowercase.

im facing problem in site while taking backup of ops like below
