We couldn't hear ringing bell in Analog sets connected OXE

Hi all
I have this problem with OXE crystal HW
We couldn't hear ringing bell in some Analog sets connected OXE via Fiber link.

I there any way to review / modify parametes can control voltage or frequency

I had the same problem with some old alalog sets which wasn't ringing with external call (2 short rings) but worked correctly with internal ones (1 long ring). Tj fix it i made the parameters for external calls as for internal. It was useful.
In addition there is ТС0747ed2 about increasing voltage for eZ32
