Auto Attendant configured

Hi All
I have OXO System with AA

1- I downloaded my message on OXO (Welcome to our company if you know extension please dial it
now or 0 For operator)

2- then system message appear ( please enter extension number )

when i entered the extension number 112

3- the system message are played (you be transfere to extension 112)

but i want to deactivate this system message(2 and 3) so when i make external call and enter the extension number required
i must to transfer to required extension without any system message

please send me how i can make deactive for system message
so only my message will be played (Welcome to our company if you know extension please dial it now or 0 For operator)

please any ome send me how i can do that

You have to identify that vg in software release, change them for a silence (with same name) and then make a software download or lola with that modified software release.

is there any way to stop these Voice Guide MSG
without reinstall new system with empty VG MSg

I need to way that I can stop some VG MSG only

Hi Sameh

I am not aware of, I don't think that exists any way to "stop" some voice guides from OMC. But you don't have to reinstall a new system you can download new vg and maintain the same db.
