The hard keys don't work

Hard keys? You say about programmed keys? Hold key - manual or common?

not programmable keys. the keys labeled 'F1' which says hold above it and 'F2' which says transfer, they are confusing customer. Any way to get them to work?

when programing keys F1 is key 73 and F2 is key 74 d-mgr.

Just to clarrify what murraya said, even though the key has hold and transfer written on them you still need to go into the programming and program them to do those functions. They are keys 73 and 74 in programing.

PS your phones must be a special build as standard order phones don't have this written on them.
