We are turning to a possible integration between Zettler Medicall-800 and OXO . We would not know how to integrate the two, since we have not known alcatel clarify this situation. But apparently if someone could make an integration in Germany. This is an alarm application for asylum.

What protocols does Zettler Medicall-800 use? What is the usual config with a PBX?

The protocol used by zettler is ESPA 4.4.4. under rs232 connection.The possibility of connection could happen to have some equipment to manage alarms through to the pbx.Not if it could be or not, but I would like to know the opinion of someone who has done something similar although not with this brand. well I know you can do integrations Oxe with Ascom DECT terminals, and would like to know the experience of it.

I think on the old forum you can find smth about alarm server. About this solution on OXO, I don't think it's possible (maybe some kind of monitoring through TAPI of some events like calling a particular number or pushing a certain key -->don't know if possible).
About alarm server on OXE you can read also in the system docs.

Any ideas on this gents?

Thanks, I'll watch some of Oxe documentation to see if you can apply some of the Oxe, and seek in the old forum.
