error when retore ops file.

I have a OXE common hardware with release 9.0. Last week,its hard disk was broken.I replace a new one.I install OXE release 9.1 on it.Then i copy Ops backup file to/usr4/BACKUP/OPS.After that,I use swinst tool to restore Ops.it display an error:"can't license file from /DHS3data/mao but it is still working.finally,i display an question:"do you want to agree new software (y/n)?".I choose "y".it display an error:
Error : Bad value for package OmniPCX Enterprise 4400 release number 1
*** INVALID NEW FILE software.mao : copy not done ***
ERROR: OPS files not copied.

please help me.

Hi, 9.1 is not a matainance release. It is a new version so you will either need to take the system back to release 9.0 or purchase upgrade for your customer.
