Hi all

i have OXO system
i put user 100 as operator adding to 120 ,121, 122 ,123 as VM to the Attendant Group
i define 0 prefix for attendant call

so when the other internal user (111, 112, ......) request the 0 to operator

the operetor set ring several tinmes then the caller hear the AA message:
(welcome you connect to Auto Attendant........... )

this is mistake for internal calls

please someone tell me how i can prevent this message for internal calls

Don't add VM ports to Attendant Group. Just use a virtual extension as AA.
