A programmed conference is just a N-Party conference that you initialized with a code usually, and where the attendant can transfert peoples that are calling from outside.

For auto/manual insertion conference, check in the sysDoc Mastered conference

N-Party conference are usualy protected with a password, unless you create an speed dial number that contains the password already (for example, **8 would be a speed dial to **61234 (N party conference + password being 1234)

thanks for this answer.

If i understand, with a programmed conference, people calling outside must call someone inside and be transfered by him. No way to give them a special number to dial, then a greeting msg to enter the conference number ?

For the password, there is just 1 password to enter, wich is not for me a "real" password. E.g, if i try 1234 as a conference i could get into that conference even if no one invited me. A double code (conference code + password code for this conférence would be more safe)

Can you tell me where to find this sysdoc (and all sysdoc) ?

The only thing we have is the 4760 manual wich is useless when
you want to know what a particular fonction does

Outside users can enter in meet-me (N-party) conference through DISA service.
Dial DISA number, after manual or automatic substitution user can dial conference prefix+password.
