Line assignment to AA

Hi, i have installed/imported auto attendant greeting and need help how to assign outside lines/Incoming calls through PSTN to hit auto attendant..I am not able to assign how to setup that incoming calls should go to auto attendant..can somebosy guide how to assign all incoming calls to go to auto attendant?? I mean from which menu/Tab??

hi picasso

there is an option in DDI number modification Table in which you can setup your
DDI number with the number of the virtual terminal if you use a DDI

if you have a analog trunk, select your analog access on external lines. After
you need select call distribution and enter the virtual terminal number.

Hi picasso

First of all you have to create a virtual extension with dynamic diversion to mailbox. Then if you have analogue lines you have to go to External Lines --> List of Accesses and in call distribution of all the lines that you want (individually) put the virtual extension in destination number.

In case you have ISDN lines you have to translate them in public numbering plan.

Hi, thanks for the help, it is Ok now. Need a bit more help. During greeting play i cannot dial any extension, i am able to dial extension only when greeting ends. I need to dial during greeting play. Please advice??

Hi, Pal, the pointed thread is not all about my problem, i can dial "0" or any other extension after greeting end, but i cant dial any ext or operator ext during greeting play, It doesnt sense/recognize dial digit during greeting play.
Any more help??

Did you read it??

"You must set the parameters AAGrDialng and AAGrtransf to 01 in Other Labels. Then you will be able to dial the extension number and dial 0 to operator during greeting message. "
