Revertive Feature on Pseudowire Reundancy Endpoints (Works?)

Hi, was wondering if anyone have the revert time set on their CPIPES endpoints so that it won't revert right away between their primary and redundant paths. The option is to set it between 0 and 600 seconds. I tried this in the field and it doesn't seem to work on my side, it reverts back as sson as it sees its primary path back up. Our 7705s are running 2.1R3.
