Central Services voicemail email notification

We recently had a software update on our phone system, since then our Central services has stopped working. When we receive a voicemail to a phone usually it would email a WAV file to the users email.
I have checked in PM5 and in Central services it does say that Email Notification is enabled and has the correct IP for our mail server, although it does say failed.
Any help would be great.
