Hotel Menu Inter-Room Calls Auto "Unauthorised"

Dear all,

I have this strange thing going on lately. I have a hotel system running on release R5.0Ux-d2.314-7-b-sg-c6s2.

Yesterday and today, we found that the status of "inter-room calls" were set to "unauthorised" automatically. Incidents do not show any anomaly.

I also found that changes done in hotmenu were not captured in maohist. Is there any way that I can get the history of what changes has been done through hotmenu?
