Netmeeting PC in dynamic configuration

Hi,
I can connect MS Netmeeting to OXO with static IP configuration with the setting:
Numbering plan
SEC_TRUNK_GRP 600 600 ARS KEEP YES
ARS:
Pri. 600 Empty(range) 600 2(as trunk group) Gateway [IP Address]
By the way I couldn't make netmeeting work with "Secure PC" or "Misc" only "Gateway" selection works.
I want to connect MS netmeeting to OXO with dynamic IP because users will connect to our company network with VPN and they will be assigned IP's within defined range.
So I change the configuration as written in "Documentation Technique"
SEC_TRUNK_GRP 600 605 ARS KEEP YES
Pri 60(prefix) 0-5(range) 60(substitute) 2 (trunk group) "Secure Pc"
"Misc"
and select "Dynamic" as IP type.
In documentation technique "Dynamic addressing: authentication of the PC is based on its directory number (125 to 126) and
a password." is written what is that mean? Where is the password field?
Also in MS netmeeting I can configure only GK address "Log on using Account name" and "Log on using number" is there a h323 client that allows user to enter password?
I am using internal gatekeeper Should I use an external onelike GNU GK?
Thanks in advance...
