The only CSTA I know stands for Computer-Supported Telephony Applications... Is this what they are looking for ?

OK, I have a NICE Call Focus with 12 Analogue TIE lines connected to the NICE Call Focus. We want to record 100% of calls and query the calls in NICE by User. NICE have came back to me and told me that there is no "call established data" in CSTA, this is needed to tell NICE that the call is Valid??

With NDDI trunks, will this information be passed for CTI?

Thanks a million,

Killian
