hi,
How using keyboard for extension no ID number?
I want using keyboard on phone for dialed by name
This Option is working right for ID Agent and I can’t use this option for extension

On the user (extension) make the option "Can be called by name" to true and on "Displayed Name" the name you want to be shown.

Turn internal keyboard on and also call by name and mini mail to true on both extn and agent set
