Call Transfer Issue

Hi,
I am facing a problem in OXO. One of my clients, when he receive external call, he press NEW CALL and dials internal extension, the set displays "UNOBTAINABLE". This issue persists only for Incoming Calls. Problem is frequent so please guide.

Furthermore, tell me the option to increase Flash Hook timer for Analog sets. Right now, when I press hook flash on Analog Set, calls get disconnected.

Go to System Miscellaneous ---> Memory Read/Write ---> Other Labels ---> TimDurati

The value depends on your country.

Just give me a hint about what type of duration it is, as internal sets are involved in it. What is the suitable time duration for UK?
