Hi, We are installing a new OXO having 01 PRI for local and IDD calls and a single trunk card for Mobile devices for cheap calls. I wants to configure LCR setup so that access code for user will be a single digit (8) but after dialing mobile calls (8+05xx) call should be routed through Mobile devices and after dialing local or IDD calls(8+2x/4x/5x/6x/00x) call should be routed through PRI and incase if all mobile devices are busy then all mobile calls should be routed through PRI.
Regards

Hi..
it's very simple u can use the ARS...did u refer the docs....
Internal numbering plan - Start 8 - end 8 - Base ARs,
Go to ARS - Trunk group lists - declare ur trunk group example trunk group id 1 for pri and trunk group id 2 for mobile calls...
Go to ARS routing prefix - prefix 805 - range blank - substitute 05 trunkg group list select 2 as per my above example
prefix 82 - range blank - substitute 2 trunk group list id select 1 same way do it for ther numbers..
finished..
cheers..

Thanks Sera, need one more help in this.
In some specific mobile prefix i need to remove some digit and insert some other digit then call should go to these mobile devices, e.g if user dial 80512xxxxx (8 access code/0512 is mobile operator code/xxxx is number) then system should automatically delete 0512 and insert 0722 ,i.e. 0722xxxxx and then call should route from mobile devices.
Thanks

Hi DFK,
u can't simply replace the digits...may be this can help u
say example 8+051+0722xxxx
prefix 8051 substitute 051 then user can dial whtever number 0722xxxx
or
prefix 807 substitute 05107 ( mobile code 051 +07 is substituted)
cheers
