Another AA issue/riddle??

Guys,

Have a site running latest SW, it has an AA, works fine, when I send opt1 to a hunt group, parallel ring, the calls need to over flow to a VM box I have set up, they have VMU keys of the box.

Problem is, I can get the call to ring for a set period of time, but none of the members phones ring, call then hits the mail box. If I alter how the call hits the group, i.e. using a virtual fwd'd and immed diverted to them it will ring their sets and go to operator??...There is a work around that lets you use a virtual call fwd immed to the hunt grp pilot, then the HG dyn routes to the virtual number that has dynamic routing to the VM pilot but not the apply routing boxes ticked, this works when the AA is not involved, but as soon as the AA is the one calling the virtual OR the HG pilot the routing back into the VM stops????

Any help greatly received and tried.

Hi,

Have you created a Virtual Terminal? If so just immed divert the VT to the Hunt Group. Set Hunt Group DynRouting to VM HG, set timers. Point AA Option 1 at Virtual Terminal.

Also make sure your Voicemail Ports are in your Attendant Group 1.

Yep done all that...doesnt work!!

Why would the ports need to be in the AG1? its not going to Gen Mailbox?

Guys, I found a solution.

AA call opt1 goes to Vert extn, it has dyn routing to VM after 18seconds. The people in the hunt group have Sunscriber Monitoring keys of that Vert Extn, their phones all ring on a parrelle ring. They also have VMU keys of the Vert Extn, so when call goes to Vert Xtns Mail Box, they get they get their F1 key flashing to say their is a message in their.
**Note: Each user must press the Sub Mon key so it has a 'tick' next to it, or it lights up so they are monitoring the calls, this also allows them to 'log out' of their phone ringing too...neat feature.
