Vosky Exchnage with OXO

I have Vosky exchange which is to integrate skype with my Alcatel PBX Omni PCX Office version 4.1. Not sure how to assign an analog trunk port to the exchange.
Have done an anolog port extension connect to exchange and do not work. Currently unable to make call to exchange. Please anybody assist me in this.

You do not "assign" a trunk port. You have to plug a APA4 or APA8 board into the OXO.

According to the feature list the "Vosky Exchange" has 4 FXS ports:

You have connected two FXS ports with each other. I hope you did not kill something with the ringing-voltage.
