That should be enough for CISCO or PSTN switch - they should connect B-channel so calling sbs hears voice guide.
Check with CISCO or PSTN.

YES, I hears the voice guide, but was you now, the PSTN if don't receive a CONNECT after a timout DISCONNECT the call. that is the problem.

we have doing a Workaround, we put Cisco answer the call before go to the CCD.

Exactly - PSTN disconnects the call. Because your have QSIG between OXE and CISCO and EDSS1 between CISCO and PSTN. These protocols differ in some aspects.
After receiving ALERT PSTN should wait at least 30 seconds before releasing a connection. Anyway how long is you VG?

In OXE exist option - Connection on the "Progress" message - send CONNECT message when reseive PROGRESS - may be in Cisco exist the same option?

this is a CCD, for that, the VG depend if the client have free agent or not, and we have the problem because after 16h the client have allot of calls, when A4400 was connected to the PSTN we didn't have problems because she sent the CONNECT when entering in Voice Guide

Strange.
So it would be better provide full trace - until PTT disconnects the call. Also do trace Cisco-PSTN connection too. Compare traces. As I told you, looks like Cisco is not properly doing transit call from QSIG to EDSS1.
By the way, which exact SW version of 4400 do yo have?

CCD pilot - 4400 call center? Or external call center connected to 4400 via another trunk group?
