Random Call Disconnection Problem in OXO

Dear Friends,

Thank you for cooperative responses. I am now facing another problem. I have 1 APA 8 trunk module in a live system. The issue is that the calls initiated by the trunks or landed on the trunks are being disconnected randomly. Sometimes the calls get disconnected after 2 minutes, sometimes after 6 minutes and sometimes it doesn't disconnect at all.

Please anticipate in finding out the solution.

Hello Maaz,

You have to change the MinBusySeq from 3 to 5 in the Debug labels if you want to use the Busy Tone Detection.

put each trunk in a separate trunk group 460 = 1, 461 = 2, 462 = 3 etc, dial them one at a time and see which ones drop out, swap around to one that doesn't drop out and prove if it is the card or the carrier at fault.

Hi maaz

Only uncheck the busy tone detection at external lines --> list of access for each trunk. It will work.

Best regards.
