FTP to your CPU.

Then

tar -zxvf dialer.tar.gz

chmod 755 dialer


then enjoy !

USAGE: dialer Neqt_number [option] [number_to_call]

Options are:
-> hangup Hangup
-> pickup Simulate a headset pickup
-> handsfree Speakerphone
-> interphone Simulate a push on the MUTE key, in order to (de)activate auto-answer
-> lifthandse To simulate the handset being lifted (so you won't hear the speakerphone)
-> apt Simulate an appointment , and make the phone ring
-> conference Simulate a push on the confernce key
-> immediate_fw NUMBER Ask the phone to immediate forward to NUMBER.
-> cancel_fw Ask the phone to cancel the actual forward, if any.

dear frank,

we've tried several scripts; also your dialer on 2 completely different machines rel9.1 wihtout success. all we get is bash command not found. files are there - owner is mtcl and files are also 755 we even tried 777

Where are you copying these scripts and where are you trying to lunch them from?
Try to copy dialer and dialer.dat under mtcl home for starters, chmod 755 dialer

Use ftp with mtcl login (not adfexc).

dear mates,

i always use mtcl and the files are in the mtcl home folder... also the permissions on the files have been set correct.

I have folloed the instructions and when I run the command I don'r receive any error, but on the other hand I don't see any results. Is there any documentation ? What is the use of this dialer ?

Result? dialer 342 3000 - real call from set with neqt 342 with dialed number 3000.
Good tool for remote maintenance. Not necessary to ask someone to dial number.

ok... so the systempath was not correct set. frank found that within 5 seconds... using ./ as prefix does it like he said
