Hi. You have a problem with the detection of the flash pulse. This is because the flash in your phone set is longer than the flash spected by the PBX. You have two options:
1) decrease the flash timer in the phone set. Usually you have 300 ms and 600 ms. Then choose 300 ms.
2) configure the PBX. You have to change a memory variable. I am not an OXO expert. But check for TimeDurati variable in the noteworthy address. Always take into account that Flash timer should be lower than OnHook timer. Check the flash timer of your phone set. Then configure the variable as explain in the noteworthy document.
If you need further assistance, post again please. Regards.

It depends on the phone. In OXO go to OMC --> System Miscellaneous --> Memory Read/Write --> Other Labels --> TimDurati.

Look at TC0080 - Noteworthy addresses, there is very well explained it. Here you have an advance:
This flag contains 5 timers for analogue sets (2 wire). Length = 10 bytes / 8 ms steps.
- Off_hook validation Timer,
- On_hook validationTimer,
- Flashing detection Timer,
- Digit detection Timer (dialling),
- Eb (earth button) detection Timer.
Good Luck!
