Some One Tell me how I can make Substitution feature on OXO system

For subtitution on OXO you should use the account code prefix and in the account code table you need an entry with the parameters on YES, YES , GUEST, DEFAULT. To use this feature you dial de account code prefix, the account code you create (any length) , your extension number and your personal code. This only works for making external calls with your barring category on another phone.

There is not need to dial the Account Code created. In the Dial Plan, at the base of the Account Code prefix, you can configure directly the account code created, so This preffix always will mach directly to the Account Code and only will ask the user number and the password.
Of course, doing that, the prefix can only be used for susbtitution. By default, the account code use for substitution is the 1000 (if you did not erased it).
What I mean is, for example:

Feature: Account Code NEw
Star: #87
End: #87
Base 1000 (This is the Account code created by default to substitution)

If you erase the 1000 account code you can creatinn as Chamizo says.

Can i use this Feature (substitution) for make an external Call through of internal extension?

Ex:

I call to a Client with the oxo system(and OA actived), i want to make external call through my internal extension.. but i´m out of the system..(external caller)-.. please help me...

No. You must use Remote Substitution. Look at expert documentation part 3.62 Remote Substitution.
